Discover Discipleship

Freedom of Belief

Jesus taught his Disciples by breaking bread together, teaching in parables, healing those in need, and proclaiming the Good News. Disciple means “student.” In the Great Commission, Christians are called to teach and make "students" of God's love for all of humanity and Creation. Bible studies and sacred conversations are a means to explore this love. Our diverse opinions and experiences help us to see the broader image of God, Jesus, and the Church. Differences of opinion are seen as opportunities to grow in greater understanding. Join in the conversation.

Sunday School, Sundays, 9:30 a.m.

We currently offer two adult classes, a youth class (4th through 12th graders), and one children's class (Preschool to 3rd graders). Each class is led by a clergy person, retired clergy, and layperson with a passion to share the Good News.

The "Free Spirit" class studies a variety of spiritual series based on Christian traditions, beliefs, and books of the Bible.

The Youth class studies a variety of topics based on Christian traditions, beliefs, and books of the Bible.

The Godly Play class focuses on introducing young children to the Bible and traditions of the Church through fun interactive lessons.
